Those wacky end users

You tell end users how to protect ZIP files with a password and sooner or later, one of them is going to forget the password. Dave Piscitello is currently playing with an app that promises to open such files up.
Mike McBride, meanwhile, is happy that his Postini filter diverted hundreds of Sober-virus e-mails to a quarantine area over the weekend, but a bit grumbly that he has to now go through all the messages to make sure the filter didn't inadvertently trap legitimate e-mail:
... Seriously, what do we have to do to keep people from opening attachments and getting infected? ...
