It should sync with their existing calendars, and they all want to keep using what they like. A couple of them use Palm. A couple Outlook. A couple ACT. A couple use nothing and steadfastly insist they are too busy to update a calendar. A couple have only dial-up connection to the internet. And then there is the Mac guy. Oh, and we need it setup within a week."
