Now comes the smart Mob.
The BBC reports the Italian Mafia wants to use 3G video phones to help rig upcoming regional elections: Voters who want to get paid or voting for Mob-backed candidates (or avoid getting beaten for not doing so) have to take a picture of their ballot with a cam-equipped phone.
The BBC says Italian officials plan to ban wireless phones from polling stations.
