"SQWERLs are naturally weather-resistant and adapt to environmental conditions much more quickly than any electronic device. A SQWERL's highly mobile biological life is ideally suited to providing wireless coverage to a large, urban area. Deployed in sufficient numbers, SQWERLs can blanket any area with a wireless mesh, requiring very few wired exit points for a very large geographical area."
