Jason Shellen: Google now uses Blogger internally. The help-desk maintains an internal blog for "love notes' from user. He said Google recently got a note from some guy with a sick dog whose vet said the dog would die. But the guy Googled the specific condition, found notes on a possible cure and printed it out for the vet, who then used the informatio nto save the dog.
