World peace through collaborative software

A project to try to bring peace to war-torn Sri Lanka is using collaborative software from Groove Networks:

"Info-Share has created a private multi-stakeholder Groove workspace called Sri Lanka Track One to facilitate a 'one-text' process in Sri Lanka. In the one-text procedure, negotiators use a third-party facilitator to draw out the stakeholders' underlying interests, help them create a series of proposals and ultimately assist them in selecting one. The Sri Lanka One Text space will host representatives from all the key stakeholders in the conflict, along with international experts and input from Sri Lanka civil society. It's hoped that in the months ahead Sri Lanka One Text will serve as a forum to shape the contours of a final peace agreement in Sri Lanka."
