David Card of Jupiter Research wins the award for best reaction to Microsoft's announcement that it is scaling back Longhorn:

bwahahahahahahahahah

He was referring specifically to a quote from Bill Gates that Microsoft is doing better on developing Longhorn than IBM did on OS/360 - which, you might recall, IBM built in the 1960s. Card adds he's increasingly reminded of Cairo, the last Microsoft OS that was going to change the way we live.
