Microsoft was one of the first large companies to aggressively push blogging among its employees. And now it has close to 1,000 employee blogs. But when everybody's blogging, how do you manage the massive blogflow - both from the enterprise side and from the perspective of the end user looking for interesting stuff? Robert Scoble, blogging even before he got to Microsoft, raises the question:
