Rate my network diagram starts out with a warning that it's not just a place to vote on how hot somebody's network diagram is, but to help people learn from how others have built their networks. Stil, the basic way the site works is: You upload a copy of your network diagram and other people vote on how hot, um, how useful, your diagram looks:
Visitors will view your image and rate it depending on their own personal opinion of the flow, functionality, implementation, etc of your network. Visitors may also leave public comments about you, and some may even decide to leave you a private message.
