Longer term, the issue will remain that of the different types of business markets, instead of one geography versus another. The dominance of the SME in Western Europe will tend to lead to more consumer-focused solutions whereas large enterprise purchasing in North America will tend to homogenize the market around mass implementations supportable by IT departments.
