Dumb phishers targeting even dumber users

Yesterday, I got some phish, allegedly from AOL, that reads:

New AOL SOFTWARE RELASED . This new plugin will help Internet Explorer and AOL to decide with pages are scamms and send them to our online center .

Hmm, should I grab this new plugin to help my browser decide with pages are scamms?

Lord help us when English-speaking phishers start sending out messages.
