"In this book author Mark Kobayashi-Hillary introduces India and the major players in the Indian service industry. He offers a balanced view on the trend to outsource to India, describing the reasons why a business should utilize India as an offshore outsourcing destination and the steps needed to find and work with a local partner. Not only does the book make a compelling economic case for outsourcing to this region, it also discusses how to manage the entire transition process, including the potential impact on local resources."

Why should a company outsource, THEY SHOULDNT!!!! Plenty of good americans have lost jobs to outsourcing. I deal with indian outsourced employee's all day, and no customer is happy about this when they talk to me. It's amazing to be praised for living in the united states. You can't communicate with them, intellegence level is low to nill. Believe me I deal with hundreds of them a week. Everyday I have to sigh or apoligize to a customer for having to deal with them. DONT DO IT. You want your son, father, daughter or wife losing their job to someone who can't even speak english, I don't.
