The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

   Down the road, how do you envision e-commerce will continue to change your companies?

Ragunas: In our case you'll see a tremendous amount of integration of e-commerce into all of our different businesses. You'll see kiosks in our stores offering Staples.com access for delivery of items or for special order of items that we might not carry in the stores. You'll see Web technologies and e-commerce technologies being employed in all the different parts of our businesses to bring more information to our customers when they need it and where they need it. Customers will just become more used to shopping with us wherever it's most convenient to them and having that be a really seamless experience as they go from one channel to another.

Quinn: E-commerce is probably the topic area that has the most significance when you look at healthcare. Healthcare is an industry where most information is still maintained on paper. Most information is still moved around by voice and fax. So the long term effects here of E-commerce in the future on healthcare should be effectively something that enables us to get to the point where we can start treating health information pretty much the same way we treat the rest of business information. And that is, quickly, accurately and making it ubiquitously available where it needs to be available.

Grim: Basically we're looking at all the touch points that we have with our customers, which include both clients as well as suppliers. We look to acquire customers online, we look to communicate with them on a daily basis online, we look to deliver information to them and transact with them when and where they want to do it. There is nothing we're going to be doing, as part of our core value proposition, that doesn't equate with some part delivered and/or transacted over the web. It's fast and furious and it's only going to escalate.
