End-User Keynote Presentation:
Marshall Lancaster, Vice President of IT, Enterprise Infrastructure Services, for United Stationers Inc., the $4.5 billion distributor of business products.

In 2005, Marshall was working for a United Stationers’ subsidiary in New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina hit on a Sunday. On Monday, his company was up and running, even though its primary data center was no longer functioning.
