Leads

Person to Receive Leads After Event

Leads will be distributed within five (5) business days after each conference. Leads are provided in excel spreadsheets Excel spreadsheets are provided for each IT Roadmap Conference & Expo.

The main logistics contact on your signed contract will receive the leads.

Please Note: Leads will not be distributed until payment according is received to the terms of your sponsorship agreement.

What leads does the principal and platinum sponsors receive?

Ownership of attendee list including “show” and “no show” information. List includes name, company, postal and email address. IT Roadmap track choices as well as purchase profile data included for each registrant. Registrant plan to purchase data is captured and delivered to sponsors.

What leads does a gold sponsor receive?

Ownership of attendee list. List includes name, company, postal and email address. IT Roadmap track choices as well as purchase profile data included for each registrant. Attendee plan to purchase data is captured and delivered to sponsors.

Option to purchase lead retrieval

Orders can be placed by either emailing or faxing the completed order form. Please be sure to include your Booth Number and Method of Payment on this form. Credit cards are only accepted via email or fax.
