On-Site Staff Info

Determine who will be the complimentary staff members who will attend IT Roadmap Conference and Expo. Complimentary sponsor staff passes include lunch and access to the general and track sessions. You will need to register each staff member separately.

Additional sponsor staff passes may be purchased for $495.00 per person.

Please make sure all staff names are entered in our system by using the link provided on this page. This will ensure that your staff has a badge waiting for them at the sponsor registration desk which will be located outside the Expo Hall.

Please Note: Principal & Platinum sponsor passes - includes 1 pass for your designated speaker.

Lunch will be served in the Expo hall at 12:45 to all attendees. The sponsor staff lunch is scheduled from 11:30an - 12pm.

Where do I pick up my sponsor badge on site?
Sponsor registration will be located outside the Expo Hall at each venue.

Swapping badges between sponsor staff
This event is intended for a limited number of sponsor staff to ensure an appropriate sponsor/attendee ratio. By limiting the sponsor passes, Network World is creating a true buyer/seller environment. We will allow your staff the opportunity to swap badges if necessary for booth coverage. This process can be done at the registration desk. A Network World employee will hold the swapped out badge during this time.

It is important to select "Event Sponsor" from the drop down menu after the first question on the registration page. The question should read "How did you hear about the event?" This will eliminate qualifying questions that we ask our attendees making the sponsor registration process easy and quick.
