Expo Hall Overview

Welcome to the IT Roadmap Expo Hall! The IT Roadmap Conference and Expo will take place in the Lonestar Ballroom of the Adams Mark Hotel in Dallas, TX. Please visit www.adamsmark.com to learn more about the hotel.

Your Exhibit Area *

Network World provides the principal sponsor with:

• 10' x 20' exhibit area space with 8' high black drape, 3' black side dividers and two 6' black draped tables. Ceiling height is 30'.
• 2 chairs
• 10 amps of power (1000 watts). Any additional needs (power strips, extension cords etc.) will be at each company's own expense. Also, any power needed in addition to the 10 amps will be need to be ordered by submitting the Electrical services order form to the Adams Mark Hotel and will be an additional cost.
• White ID sign (44" wide x 7" tall) with company name and booth number in black text
• Internet access
• Carpet – to view a picture of the carpet in the expo hall, go to the Adams Mark website. Select "Adams Mark Dallas" on right side of the page, then select "Meeting Space" from the virtual tour drop down box. You will then see a picture of the Lonestar Ballroom. To order your own (this will be an additional cost), you can do so through Freeman.

Please Note: We strongly suggest sponsors bring their own supplies to collect attendee business cards (fish bowls, baskets, etc.) as that is not included in your exhibit area space.

Use of Exhibit Space & Guidelines *

The sponsor agrees that his/her exhibit shall be admitted and shall remain in strict compliance with the established rules and show hours.  All demonstrations and promotional activities must be confined to your contracted exhibit area (specific dimensions given above in Your Exhibit Area).

Booth displays and equipment shall not extend into the aisles. This includes all display materials, signs, banners, equipment etc.  Due to ceiling height restrictions, nothing can exceed 30' high.  Show Management reserves the right to reject, eject or prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part, or exhibitor or his/her representatives with or without giving cause.
