Expo Hall Hours

The Expo Hall will be open on Thursday, Sept. 6 from 12:30 to 2:30pm and 4:45 to 6:00pm. Important note for onsite staff: If any conference sessions conclude earlier than expected, the Expo Hall could open as early as 12pm.

Network World and Freeman will be available during these times to assist you. Please make sure to be at your booth at least 10 minutes before the Expo Hall opens for each session to be present and ready to greet attendees.

Lunch

Lunch will be served in the Expo Hall for sponsor staff only on Thursday from 11:30am to 12pm. This will enable sponsors to eat and be ready to greet attendees before the Expo Hall opens at 12:30 pm. Important note for onsite staff: If any conference sessions conclude earlier than expected, the Expo Hall could open as early as 12pm.

Security

Anything that you ship to the advanced warehouse will be delivered to your booth on Wednesday, Sept. 5th. A security guard will be posted in the exhibit hall overnight starting at 5pm on Sept. 5th until 7am on Sept. 5th.

Network World is not responsible for any loss of materials or damage of materials. Show Management strongly encourages you to take the proper steps in order to secure your property.

Security will not be hired on the day of the event. On the show day only badged exhibitors are allowed to enter the exhibit hall starting at 8:00am and are allowed to remain two (2) hours after the close of the show (6:30 to 8:30pm). On Sept. 6th, the exhibit hall will be open to badged attendees from 12:30 to 2:30pm and 4:45 to 6:00pm. When the exhibit hall is closed (8am to 12:30pm, 2:30 to 4:45pm), only badged exhibitor company staff will be allowed to enter.

Please Note: Network World staff will be stationed near the hall entrance during the closed times but there will not be staff/security present inside the hall. Please contact the venue if you have additional security needs. Please also review additional general security guidelines and share with all onsite staff.

Admission/Badges

Show Management shall have sole control over admission policies at all times.

Sponsor Badges
The sponsor badge and holder allows access to the Expo Hall on the day of the event only from 8am to 8:30pm. This includes set-up, tear-down and show hours. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to the Expo Hall. A company badge may be worn in addition to the official show badge, but not instead.
