Internet Access

Please see the Internet Services Order Form for pricing and directions on how to order wired internet access for your booth space at the Washington D.C. Convention Center. Please note that the deadline to receive the advanced discount price is Nov. 21. Orders placed after Nov. 21 will be charged the standard rates. Please contact Smart City at 888-446-6911 with any internet access questions. If you need wired internet access at your booth, you will need to place an order with the Smart City prior to the event.

Please Note: Wireless internet access is available in the Expo Hall. Please review the Internet Services Order Form above for rates. It is also suggested to call Smart City directly at 888-446-6911 to learn about additional options available, not included on the order form. It is recommended by Smart City to order wired service if internet access is mandatory to interact with attendees.

Electrical Service

Each sponsor will receive 10 amps of power (1000 watts) at their booth, courtesy of Network World. Anything needed in addition to that (power strips, extension cords, additional power beyond the 10 amps provided etc.) needs to be ordered by submitting the Electrical services order form to Hi-tech Electric and will be an additional cost. Please only fill out that form if you need power in addition to the 10 amps already included or if you need additional accessories. Please contact Hi-tech Electric with any electrical service questions.

Audio Visual/Equipment Rental Order Form

Please see the Audio Visual/Equipment Rental Order Form for pricing and directions on how to order equipment for your exhibit area at the Washington D.C Convention Center. Please note that the deadline to receive the advanced discount price is December 3 . Orders placed after December 3 will be charged the standard rates. Bit-By-Bit will be the preferred audio visual/equipment rental vendor at the IT Roadmap Conf & Expo.
