Passport Program

All attendees receive an event passport upon check in. As attendees visit with sponsors and learn about their products, they will get their passports stamped by each sponsor. During the closing reception at the end of the conference, attendees will enter their stamped by each sponsor.passports into a drawing for 10 prizes that have been pre-approved by Network World.

If you are interested in contributing a prize to the raffle drawing, or sponsoring a prize package offered by Network World, please contact  Karen Bornstein.

Limited to 10 prizes to be announced at 5:00pm closing during the reception on the Expo floor.

Please keep in mind that the passport program is a first come first serve opportunity. Please contact Karen Bornstein to confirm important deadlines that will allow the Network World team to incorporate a picture or description of the prize in our signage and marketing.

Sponsorship of prize giveaways for IT Roadmap event
