Logitech

Price: $179.95
Rating: 4
Ease of use: Mainstream customers

Review:
What the Logitech camera gives up in size it makes up for in comfort and control. The shape and size of this camera make it very easy to use without sacrificing functionality and features. Features include: up to 2.1 megapixel quality, video capture, fixed focus lens, 39x30 (H x V) degree of view, self timer, and can be used as a Web camera as well with 640x480 resolution and a frame rate up to 25 frames per second and with built-in sound it has never been easier to setup for chatting with friends and family. The built-in 8M-byte Flash Memory is not enough for most picture takers, but can be easily expanded to meet any of your needs.

The included software made managing pictures and videos very easy. The software includes a photo album package, a QuickSync feature that lets you preset images that you would like to e-mail immediately after connecting your camera to your computer, and as a Web camera it integrates with MS Messenger, Netmeeting and other multimedia messaging software.

Logitech has always produced a very nice Web cam, and has made their device mobile with the ClickSmart 820. Now you only need to purchase one device to handle your imaging needs. It does everything from videos with sound to still shots to live Web camera interaction. This camera will serve all of your basic needs.
