Digital Vinyl CD-R

Review:
Those of us old enough to remember vinyl records will appreciate the irony of these CD-R audio discs designed to look like old 45 rpm discs.

In this age of digital audio and re-mixes and burning CDs, it's nice to know that a company still appreciates some of the older generation who remembers what a record looks like.

Everyone we showed these to got a big kick out of the look of the discs, and it beats those generic plain CD-Rs that come in the giant 50-pack (although Verbatim also offers a 50-pack of this style as well).

And we found this on sale at Buy.com for $5.99, so at this price it makes a great stocking stuffer for the music lover who might remember what a record looks like. Or, give it to one of your younger music lovers and start telling them the tales of days gone by... 'You know, back in my day, we had these things called records...'
