Concord Communications next week will unveil a new Web interface for its network performance reporting software.

The interface to a company's Network Health software will be customizable. Network managers will then be able to set up the interface to show performance data for certain business units, locations or departments. Therefore, the interface can reflect the business structure of the network manager's company, according to Concord.

The interface will also have links to lists of network devices, network diagrams, vendor technical support and help pages. Network managers will be able to call up past reports on individual or grouped technologies online. The interface gives access to trend reports, so that actual performance can be compared against service-level guarantees.

The new interface will ship in August as part of the Network Health console.
