General Magic Wednesday announced that it will offer hosting and professional services for MagicTalk, its voice platform for accessing the Internet.
General Magic's professional services will include dialogue design, network management and operations, project management and programming support with Java, C++ and VoiceXML development, according to a written statement. The company will also offer MagicTalk voice enabled, telephony-based products and services, such as VoiceXML Web sites. General Magic's MagicTalk voice platform works with VoiceXML to process and display Web information in digitized speech.
