Juniper Networks this week named former Sun executive Robyn Denholm as its new CFO.

Denholm replaces Robert Dykes, who left the company in April following a review of Juniper’s growth plans. Dykes is now chairman and CEO of NebuAd, a privately held online advertising optimization company.

Denholm will lead Juniper's worldwide finance and accounting organization, as well as the company's legal, investor relations and global facilities organizations. She had been senior vice president, corporate strategic planning at Sun, responsible for Sun's corporate operating system, global sales and service administration function, and leader of the company's business transformation initiative.

She joined Sun in 1996.

Denholm also worked at Toyota Motor Corp. Australia and at Arthur Andersen in various finance assignments.
