Message Partners has announced the release of MPP for Mac OS X e-mail and collaboration servers. MPP is an antispam system designed for small and medium-sized businesses and service providers.
MPP incorporates an adaptive spam defense system that filters incoming messages. It's also designed to provide e-mail archive features, surveillance, content-based e-mail routing and attachment storage.
Other features supported by MPP include restricted e-mail, e-mail size controls, "mail bomb" protection, multilingual signatures, and Web-based management of the system configuration, spam quarantines and e-mail archives.
MPP itself is designed to work with Postfix -- the same e-mail server that is built into Mac OS X Server. It also supports Zimbra and Communigate Pro.
