South Africa's Fast Forward Finance has abandoned its manual process and has selected SuccessFactors Professional Edition
software to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
The Web-based software is expected to help the firm align employee goals, performance and assessment reviews and to help create
a performance-based service culture within the company.
"We wanted to find an effective means of cascading corporate goals to managers and help them gain alignment and better visibility
into the performance of their direct reports, which is why we selected SuccessFactors Professional Edition," said Derek Gerber,
managing director of Fast Forward Finance.
The structured processes that SuccessFactors Professional Edition provides will give Fast Forward a competitive advantage
in its branches all over South Africa by empowering the company to better manage staff talent, he added.
The SuccessFactors suite replaces the company's previously existing manual processes, which Gerber noted were time consuming
and made it difficult for management to gain a holistic perspective of ongoing employee performance.
"Fast Forward Finance is our first SMB customer in South Africa and is part of our ongoing expansion throughout the region,"
noted Andy Leaver, Success Factors' vice president of sales for Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
The Web-based software, he explained, enables companies to cost-effectively implement the technology without extensive IT
support.
