Motion-sensitive games and hardware seems to be an inevitable fact of the future, we're living in a post Wii world, and with that comes a plethora of companies striving to catch up. Yesterday on GameTrailers, Activision officially released photographic evidence and a trailer for their next game in the Tony Hawk series, Tony Hawk: Ride, which will include a large, black, life-sized skateboard that will work as the games controller.
Not much is said or demonstrated into how the actual device will work, but it's clear the skateboard peripheral will be the main feature in delivering some kickflips, amongst other moves. Perhaps at this years E3, we'll get a better understanding of how the board works and plays with Tony Hawk: Ride.
What is known, is that the game will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii systems.
