Computerworld Hong Kong - Lenovo Hong Kong announced Thursday the opening of its first branded store in the SAR.

Located on level 6 of New Town Plaza in Shatin, the shop will feature the latest and the most complete line-up of THINK and IDEA products, as well as accessories plus selling ThinkPlus after-sales service, said Lenovo Hong Kong.

With the new branded store and the collective effort with its retail partners and business partners, Lenovo's retail presence spans around 250 points in Hong Kong, which includes large retailer chains such as Fortress, Broadway, PCCW, Citicall and Chung Yuen, according to the PC vendor.

"We are proud to debut a wholly-branded Lenovo store in Hong Kong, after clinching the first position in the PC market in 2009. The support from our business partners has made it possible for Lenovo to establish this branded store," said Ken Wong, Vice President of Lenovo Group and General Manager of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea.
