As I write this, I am sitting in a hotel room in San Jose preparing to kick off our Winter/Spring seminar series with our Performance and Availability Management Tour. Couple all this with the fact that subscriptions for this newsletter are up to almost 30,000, and you've got a whole lot of learning going on.
