Best of the Tests Award
Published: Best Products Issue (February)
This award goes to the top products that have gone through our rigorous, hands-on testing within a 12-month eligibility period. Many of these products already will have received the Network World Clear Choice designation.
The Best of the Tests Award identifies which among all products tested are the best of the best.
Network World testing editors divide the products into critical enterprise network categories and then consider the scores awarded to each product in a category by the Network World Lab Alliance members who conducted the tests. To break a tie, testing editors pick the winner based on how well each product outperforms or out-features the products against which it was tested.
Best of the Test Award-winning products are profiled in our annual Best Products Issue, a Signature Series special edition that publishes in February. Check out 2005 Best of the Tests Award winners.Editorial contacts: Keith Shaw, senior reviews editor; Christine Burns, Test Alliance director.
