Using Web 2.0 to make contractors more efficient

Northrop Grumman is building out its own internal Web 2.0-based portal with Wikis and RSS feeds to help pull together its institutional knowledge so contractors don't have to reinvent the wheel with every contract. Steve Winterfeld, senior security engineer at Northrop Grumman, explains the system and the process the company is going through to its Infoshield system up and running. (9:44)
