The new release of Trolltech's Qt toolkit incorporates the KHTML-derived Webkit browser functionality seen in Apple's Safari browser. The new Qt makes it possible to create a single interface that combines conventional UI widgets with a Webkit-based view onto a DHTML page, and to divide development tasks between C++ coding and the HTML and scripting work that a web developer can do.
