Frank DicksonNews leaked this week revealed that T-Mobile is expected to announce on Tuesday, Sept. 23 that it will be the first carrier in the world to offer a phone based on Google's open source Android operating system. Frank Dickson, co-founder and chief research officer at MultiMedia Intelligence, joins Senior Editor Denise Dubie to shed some light on what this news means for phone-carrying consumers everywhere.
