Grid computing is all about scaling out the enterprise IT infrastructure without having to invest scads of money in high-powered systems. But companies don’t typically through their mission-critical business applications on a grid all at once. Songnian Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Platform Computing, understands the enterprise motivation well, having worked with myriad grid computing customers over the years.
