WORLD PROMOTES CROCI AND POMPONI SOUTHBOROUGH, MA June 28, 2004 Network World, the leading Network IT media company, announced the promotions of TerryAnn Croci to Senior Director of Customer Experience, and Donna Pomponi to Director of Emerging Markets. In her new role Croci will lead company-wide initiatives to enhance, strengthen and improve customer relationships through exceptional customer experiences. Through regular communication with Network World customers, Croci will focus on understanding current and future expectations, championing the customer view within Network World and creating processes that make it easy and memorable to do business with the company. Croci joined Network World in 1999 and has over 10 years experience in high tech marketing. Pomponi, a 24-year veteran of IDG, will lead Network World's Emerging Market team to create print, online and event advertising opportunities for start-up and small companies that help them reach buyers and break into the network market. Pomponi will also work to create new programs that allow vendors to connect with decision-makers in vertical and adjacent markets within the Network IT market. Most recently, Pomponi served as Network World Northeast Regional Sales Manager. "Network World continues to invest in areas that will positively impact our customers.
