We put the HandEra 330 through the paces of your average user, creating memos, synchronizing the calendar and installing as many new games ... and other useful applications ... as we could find. Using 8M byte Compact Flash cards, manufactured by Microtech International, we tested out the built-in backup and restore functions, as well as copying programs and data back and forth for offline storage.

We also had the Palm Pak SecureDigital expansion of Travel Card: European Cities to see if the HandEra 330 could truly work with CF and SD cards at the same time. We stored quite a lot of recorded audio, as we tested out the new built-in microphone and speakers. Finally, we moved things around to our expansion cards just to be sure we could.
