Collaborative workspaces are secure, virtual "rooms" designed to enhance the exchange of information among a group of workers. We take a look at three such products and provide two product guides designed to help you pick the application best suited for your needs.
Working together in virtual facilities
While all three systems were good, we feel that Documentum's eRoom comes out on top. It is easy to install and configure,
has a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface, and can be adapted to meet the needs of virtually any collaborative effort.
Collaborate via e-mail
If your team thinks "collaboration" means hitting the "Reply to All" button, you might want to give them a tool that integrates
collaboration via their favorite application - the Outlook or Lotus Notes client. Kubi Software, which launched at this year's
DEMO conference, has done this with its Kubi Client.
