Confirmation
Technical Seminars/Tech Updates: We will fax you a confirmation notice
and complete course location information within 48 hours of receipt of your registration
and payment information. If you would like your company to be invoiced you must
fax us a signed purchase order at 508-460-1385 before we will fax your confirmation
notice. Faxed confirmations will be followed up with a mailed confirmation, and
invoice where applicable.
Town Meetings: We will fax you a confirmation notice and complete course
location information within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
Virtual Seminars: We will email you a confirmation notice and complete
seminar instructions with password and profile information within 48 hours of
receipt of registration. Please note registration for a virtual seminar closes
at 5:30 p.m. EST the night before that seminar is to be held.
Seminar Times/Locations - For all Technical Seminars, Tech Updates and
Town Meetings registration and continental breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. The
seminars will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise
specified in the program agenda. The seminar room location and lunchroom location
will be posted in the hotel lobby.
Hotel Accomodations/Directions - We have reserved a limited number of
overnight rooms on an individual call-in basis at each hotel for seminar attendees.
If you require a room, please contact the hotel listed on your seminar confirmation
form as soon as possible since the rooms are held for a limited time. When calling,
please indicate that you will be attending the Network World Seminar in order to receive a preferred room rate.
Cancellation Policy
Technical Seminars: Cancellations must be received in writing at least
10 business days prior to the seminar date in order to receive a full refund.
After this date, any cancellation will be subject to a $125 cancellation charge,
which may be applied to any future Network World Technical Seminar or Tech Update. Any registrant
who does not attend a seminar and has not previously canceled, will still be liable
for the entire seminar fee. You may make an attendee substitution at any time.
In the unlikely event that a seminar date must be canceled, Network World, Inc.
will be liable for a refund of the seminar fee only.
Tech Updates: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10
business days prior to the seminar date in order to receive a full refund. After
this date, any cancellation will be subject to a $99 cancellation charge, which
may be applied to any future Network World Technical Seminar or Tech Update. Any registrant who
does not attend a seminar and has not previously canceled, will still be liable
for the entire seminar fee. You may make an attendee substitution at any time.
In the unlikely event that a seminar date must be canceled, Network World, Inc.
will be liable for a refund of the seminar fee only.
