Your Event Marketing Partner
Seminar sponsorship combines brand image and visibility with multiple levels of lead generation -- all in an integrated and cost-effective package. Over the past seven years, Network World's community of readers has come to rely on our seminars and events to provide them with expert, unbiased education on the latest
technologies and trends shaping today's mission-critical networks. A critical component in the learning process at our events is the presence of networking vendors who are able to help attendees with their enterprise networking decisions. Not only do the attendees benefit, but the companies who have sponsored a Network World seminar
or event, recognize the value of forming customer relationships in the context of an educational event.
Through our unique sponsorship programs, we offer companies a
high-visibility and cost-effective marketing tool to reach, inform
and sell senior level network and IT professionals on the value and
strength of their products and services.
To discuss sponsorship opportunities, please email Andrea
D'Amato, Sales Director, Strategic Partnerships at Network World or call her directly at 508-490-6520.

Network World Town Meetings
- State of the LAN: Creating a Master Plan for your Next Generation Network

- Enterprise Network Management: Managing in the Internet Era
Town Meetings events are free, full-day seminars which
highlight a critical and timely technology or industry trend. Town
Meetings differ from Technical Seminars by offering sponsors, in
addition to their table-top exhibit, a speaking platform for key
company representatives. A prominent industry expert and a
senior-level editorial representative from Network World moderate the
programs. By interacting with the key sponsor spokespeople, the
moderators provide a high-visibility opportunity for exposure for
your company while discussing, debating and shaping opinion. Topics
include State of the WAN, Enterprise Network Management and State of
the LAN. Tours typically cover 8 cities over a 3-month period during
the fall, winter and spring.
Tech Update events are fee-based, one-day seminars which are a unique combination of two highly popular Network World types of events; Technical Seminars and Town Meetings. This newly implemented format includes both a tutorial segment lead by a well-known analyst or consultant, as well as vendor presentations and a roundtable moderated by a senior-level editorial representative from Network World. This combination will provide sponsors with exposure to qualified attendees, while maintaining the educational value attendees are looking for. Current topics include: Implementing Directories and Directory Enabled Networks, and The High Performance Web. Tours typically cover 8 U.S. cities over a 2-3 month period during the fall, winter and spring.
Technical Seminars are fee-based, full-day seminars. Each
focuses on a specific technology area, features a well-known analyst
or consultant as its presenter and showcases a premier group of
related product and service vendors with table-top exhibits. Topics
are chosen for their importance to today's network IT professionals.
Past and current seminar topics include: ATM Integration, Virtual
Private Networks, Frame Relay, DSL, Voice, Video & Fax Over IP.
Tours typically cover 8 U.S. cities over a 3-month period during the
fall, winter and spring.
Virtual Seminars offer you the ability to reach your target
audience right at their desks. Using Latitude's MeetingPlace, up to
120 individuals, via phone and the Internet, can view a slide
presentation, hear a presenter speak, ask questions and receive
answers. Individuals must login to use the system, so registration
data is available on each participant. Attendees from all over the
world can easily participate, no longer limited by travel and long
distances. Perfect as a follow-up to a sponsor's participation in a
seminar, as an integral component of a custom seminar, or by itself,
the Virtual Seminars offer an exciting, new and extremely
cost-effective method of reaching highly qualified prospects.
Custom Seminars and Events allow you to leverage our event
production infrastructure and our wide range of marketing and
audience acquisition vehicles. We will partner with your company,
adding significant credibility and prestige to your program by using
the Network World brand to produce highly effective custom events.
These events can directly target a variety of audience groups, topics
and venues. Our large and accessible group of speakers and industry
analysts provide a ready resource for helping you formulate your
message and design and create your presentation format. Network
World can also help you design the look and feel of your event
&endash; with individualized staging, signage, direct mail and
advertising campaigns. Our most recent custom productions have been
for V-One Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation.
