The results obtained will then be applied to a formula to give a pretty accurate resolution of that property's Quality of Life. The benefit is obvious. You will be able to establish a Quality of Life baseline value on any property without having to personally visit the property first. This will be extremely useful in researching a property before scheduling a consultation, or evaluating a property that might be from 100 to several thousand miles away, when visiting the property personally would be extremely difficult or expensive.

Other uses of AI put to use in the financial services industry since 1992 to combat credit card fraud and debit card fraud by detecting fraudulent transactions to reduce losses by the issuing Financial Institution were first built by HNC software (later acquired by Fair Isaac) led by the noted AI researcher and University of California, San Diego professor Robert Hecht Nielsen.
