Ig Nobel - Where are they now?

By Anonymous on October 1, 2008, 6:09 pmI think George Bush should get the upcoming Ig Noble award - especially after seeing the David Letterman review of his presidency on the evening of 9/30 (not to mention the last month of turmoil in our economy). Or maybe the entire Bush Administration + Congress. Or maybe Hank Paulsen, Ben Bernanke and, oh yes, the the guy we used to almost lionize, Alan Greenspan. And I'm a Dem and a woman, but I'll throw Nancy Pelosi under the bus for her lack of performance in the House - especially over the last week. The sad thing is I feel I could go on and on. There is such a wealth of candidates for this award! And let's not forget Sarah "Joe Sixpack" Palin! Or maybe the American public should get the award for being so dumb that we actually put Bush in office for 8 years and would consider putting Palin in line for the presidency under a candidate who is statistically likely to die in office! Like I said: just so many candidates! Good luck to the selection committee.
