Now we're seeing more SaaS and mid-market focused solutions. These are great since enterprise companies are consumed with achieving Big 4 suite utopia (good luck). ITIL & BSM are big of course and it's great to see a company like Apptio make the list with their focus on IT financial management - very ITIL v3. Another ITIL v3 company is newScale, who focuses on IT Service and Portfolio Catalog. They didn't make the list but are definitely one to watch.
