Voice

Google is planning on releasing an enterprise version of Google Voice in 2010, said Google Enterprise President Dave Girouard in an interview earlier this week. Voice will be bundled with Google Apps. Julie Bort writes in the Google Subnet blog,"Think about it. Combine Voice (a VoIP app) with the collaborative nature of Apps (e-mail and office apps). Now add in Wave (instant messaging on steroids) and Talk (basic instant messaging) and you've got a package that could potentially disrupt the enterprise unified communications market. Open Source Friday Focus: Paint.Net - FAIL! by Alan Shimel

I was all set to give you all a great Friday Focus today on Paint.net. Paint.net is a great Windows based graphics program that gives you 80% or more of Photoshop for free. I have the screen shots already to go and was doing some research on the license. That is when I ran into a road block that prevents me from giving Paint.net my wholehearted endorsement.Any application holding itself out as open source that does not include source code is not open source in my book. I am not one of the open... 4
