Description: This is a very portable device that connects to any MP3 player (iPod / iPhone, Sony, Sansa, Samsung, Creative, etc.) and transmits the audio to a nearby FM radio. The digital device lets you choose the frequency you want to transmit to, so if you have a lot of stations fighting for low-frequency air space, you can choose a different frequency. This is great for people who live in urban areas where things like college radio stations tend to take up the lower frequencies.

The iTrip Universal is powered by through a USB port – this means you don't have to charge it via cigarette lighter or replaceable batteries. However, this is a bit odd that you have to power up a computer in order to recharge (although some newer cars we've seen have USB ports on them, so that could be a cool charging spot too). The iTrip is very easy to setup and use, and its universal nature allows you to switch between audio devices (other FM transmitter gadgets sometimes limit themselves to a specific player).
