Description: This is the largest iPod speaker system and docking station that I've seen (so far, there may be taller ones out there). The floor-standing, 100-watt speaker system includes two speakers and a dedicated subwoofer (5.25-inch), a 10-key infrared remote and six docking cradles to fit various iPod or iPhone devices. A stereo mini cable (for non-iPods) and USB cable (for synchronization if you can get this right next to your PC) are also included.

The speakers were easy to assemble, and in no time I had some monster speakers for my office – these would also work well in a cramped dorm room, where the vertical nature of the speakers help off set any space lost in the room. The sound produced was great, and the remote control was easy to use. In my smaller office, it probably produced too much sound, but in larger offices this would produce great sound all around.

If you're looking for an iPod speaker system that provides some good sound and is a conversation starter in the room, the monster-sized mStation 2.1 Stereo Tower fits the bill.
