If you want to add USB 2.0 ports to your computer, but don't want to install a PCI card on the back of your computer, you might want to check out Belkin's Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-port Drive Bay Hub (F5U261). The $39.95 device will begin shipping on Sept. 9, Belkin says.

BelkinUSB2drivebay (6k image)The Drive Bay Hub supports the speeds of the new Hi-Speed USB 2.0 specification, Belkin says. It also will be compatible with previous versions of USB 1.1 devices. The hub is sized to fit into a 3.5-inch drive bay, and supports Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000 and XP. For more information, head to Belkin's Web site.
