D-Link upgrades Internet camera firmware

D-Link recently upgraded the firmware for its DCS-1000 Internet Camera and DCS-1000W Wireless Internet camera. The free firmware upgrade adds the ability to upload images to an FTP site, D-Link says.

In addition, D-Link upgraded its IPView Software to version 2.0, which now lets the cameras record video streams. The software and firmware can be downloaded from D-Link's support Web site.
