I currently own a Sharp Actius GP22W laptop. As for the performance I feel that it is an excelent machine short the lack of bettery life. My battery has died and I have been searching for a replacement with no avail. I have e-mailed Sharp customer support twice, last time being a week ago, and have not gotten a reply. The web site offers nothing for this model and it appears Sharp is not supporting any of their products not currently on for sale on the market.....

I'm in the same boat. Did you ever find a replacement? I've looked everywhere with no luck.
Thanks,
