Network World Fusion, 11/14/02

PL171M_silver.jpgPlanar Systems recently launched two new 17-inch LCD monitors to its PL family. The PL170 and PL171M combine analog and digital inputs, have integrated speakers and are aimed at markets between SOHO computing up to financial trading desk environments. The PL171M costs $559; the PL170 costs $519.

The monitors come with color-coded cables and include one-touch auto-adjustment, making setup easier for users, Planar said. In addition, Planar said the two new models require 30% less space than other 17-inch LCD monitors. For more information on the monitors, go to the Planar Web site.
